This cult-favourite musical blends 1960s inspired rock and roll, doo-wop, and Motown with a delightfully dark sense of humour. Follow Seymour, a shy and unlucky florist working on Skid Row, whose fortunes begin to change when he discovers a mysterious and exotic plant. Fame, fortune, and romance suddenly seem within reach but the plant harbours a sinister secret. Its growing appetite threatens to spiral dangerously out of control. Along the way, you’ll meet a cast of colourful characters, including the sweet but downtrodden Audrey, the sadistic dentist Orin, and a trio of streetwise narrators who guide the story with infectious energy and iconic harmonies.
