Tony Ellis Band
In a career that has included 18 months as a bassist with Mark Knopfler, lead singer Tony and his 1st guitarist Dave Galt, already known by many as half of the Chevrons line-up, are joined by two respected music journalists: ex-Circus of Horrors bassist Gareth Morgan and accomplished drummer Geoff Nicholls. The Tony Ellis band plays an expressive range of music, from the blistering guitar tunes such as Chain of Fools and Cocaine, to the more soulful and jazz melodies as heard in Stormy Monday Blues, arranged by Tony in his own very original Jazz Funk style.
